ATEEZ, NMIXX, RIIZE and CORTIS Take Grand Prizes at 2026 The Fact Music Awards

The 2026 The Fact Music Awards wrapped in Busan on Saturday, with ATEEZ, NMIXX, RIIZE and CORTIS dividing the ceremony’s four grand prizes.
Held September 19 at Busan Asiad Main Stadium, this year’s ceremony marked The Fact Music Awards’ return to South Korea after editions in Japan in 2024 and Macao in 2025.
ATEEZ received Icon of the Year, while NMIXX took Sound of the Year and RIIZE received Muse of the Year. Record of the Year went to CORTIS.
All four grand-prize winners also received Artist of the Year honors. CORTIS finished the night with three awards in total, adding Next Leader to Record of the Year and Artist of the Year.
TREASURE, ILLIT, RESCENE, KiiiKiii, ALLDAY PROJECT, ALPHA DRIVE ONE and Yena rounded out the Artist of the Year recipients. TREASURE additionally received World Best Performer, while RESCENE took Today’s Choice.
Among the ceremony’s emerging-artist awards, ALPHA DRIVE ONE joined CORTIS as a Next Leader recipient, while xikers and IDID received the Hottest award. tripleS and CLOSE YOUR EYES were named Global Hot Trend winners.
BTS also collected several fan-voted honors despite not appearing in the performance lineup. The group won FANNSTAR Choice in the group category as well as Best Music for both spring and summer, while Jin received the male FANNSTAR MYSTAR award. NMIXX’s Sullyoon won the corresponding female honor.
The ceremony was the ninth edition of The Fact Music Awards and brought its main event back to Korea for the first time since 2023.
