HYBE has announced a major reorganization of its international label-support operations, expanding Global Label Services into a unified structure designed to coordinate music distribution, marketing and artist promotion across its worldwide business.

The company confirmed the restructuring on October 27, naming Juan S. Arenas, previously chief intellectual property officer at HYBE America, as president of the organization.

Global Label Services will act as a central support hub for HYBE’s labels, coordinating international distribution strategies, supply chains, regional partnerships and promotional activities.

The expanded structure is intended to help Korean artists reach international audiences while supporting artists from HYBE’s overseas labels as they enter South Korea and other markets.

Rather than replacing individual labels, the organization will provide shared business infrastructure across the company’s international network.

The restructuring builds on HYBE’s existing label-services model, originally introduced in the United States as part of its HYBE 2.0 strategy in 2024. That approach subsequently expanded to other regions before the latest company-wide integration.

Arenas’s leadership appointment was first reported internationally on October 16. The October 27 announcement provides further details about the consolidated structure and its supporting executive team.

Among the appointments, Nicole Csabai, previously senior vice president of revenue at Interscope Records, becomes senior vice president of global distribution. She will oversee music distribution, global partnerships, catalog operations and digital music services.

Melissa Victor-Burkhardt, formerly of Epic Records, has been appointed executive vice president of global artist services.

Her division includes a newly established Artist Success Unit, responsible for coordinating artist-specific projects and connecting labels with resources needed for international activities.

HYBE has also appointed Johanna Fuentes to oversee global artist publicity alongside Arenas, while Jenni Pfaff takes on the newly created chief people and transformation officer position, overseeing talent and organizational development across major markets.

The company describes the restructuring as part of its broader multi-home, multi-genre strategy, which aims to develop music businesses across several countries rather than relying exclusively on South Korean operations.

HYBE’s international network includes operations in Japan, the United States, Latin America and other markets, with the expanded support structure intended to strengthen cooperation between regional teams.

The changes represent a further step in HYBE’s efforts to operate as an international music company with shared global services and locally developed artists.

No changes to individual artist contracts, label ownership or upcoming release schedules have been announced as part of the restructuring.
