ILLIT has recorded the biggest first-day physical album sales of its career with its fifth mini album, BREAK EVEN.
According to Hanteo Chart figures reported by Forbes on October 26, the album sold 382,991 copies on its first day of release, establishing a new personal record for the BELIFT LAB girl group.
The result surpasses ILLIT’s previous first-day high of 326,117 copies, set by its 2025 mini album bomb. That represents an increase of 56,874 copies, or approximately 17.4%.
Released on October 26, BREAK EVEN contains four tracks: “Super in Love,” “More,” title track “You’re Under Arrest” (체포하겠어), and “Pop.”
The release marks another milestone for ILLIT, whose first-day sales have now exceeded those of every previous album in the group’s catalog.
The achievement specifically reflects first-day physical album sales reported through Hanteo Chart. It does not represent a completed first-week sales total or an industry-wide K-pop record.
