Reported against primary sources.

KATSEYE has earned its first No. 1 on the Billboard 200, with the group’s third EP, WILD, debuting atop the U.S. albums chart.

The EP earned 170,000 equivalent album units in the United States during the tracking week ending Aug. 20. Traditional album sales accounted for 145,000 of that total, while streaming-equivalent units contributed 24,500.

Released Aug. 14 through HYBE x Geffen Records, WILD follows KATSEYE’s 2025 EP BEAUTIFUL CHAOS, which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. The new result gives the group its first chart-topper roughly two years after its 2024 debut.

The No. 1 also places WILD among a small group of albums by all-female acts to top the Billboard 200 this decade, following releases from BLACKPINK, NewJeans and TWICE.

The five-track EP includes “PINKY UP” and “Animal” and centers on themes of self-discovery, transformation and embracing different sides of oneself.
