KiiiKiii, AKMU and BTS Take Top Honors at 2026 SPOTV K-Pop Awards

KiiiKiii, AKMU and BTS took home the three top prizes at the 2026 SPOTV K-Pop Awards on September 6.

Held at KINTEX in Goyang, South Korea, the ceremony awarded KiiiKiii Song of the Year, while AKMU received Artist of the Year and BTS won Album of the Year for “ARIRANG.”

All three also received Artist of the Year bonsangs, giving each act two awards during the ceremony.

The rookie field produced another notable result. ALPHA DRIVE ONE and AND2BLE shared Best New Artist, with both groups also earning Artist of the Year bonsangs. AND2BLE members added several individual fan-voted honors, including awards for Zhang Hao and Ricky.

KISS OF LIFE was named Best Female Group, while KickFlip received Best Male Group and the SPOTV Ground Performance award. Yena won Best Female Solo Artist, and D.O. took Best Male Solo Artist.

Elsewhere, CLOSE YOUR EYES and IDID received Next Generation honors, while cosmosy, POW and xikers were recognized in the Global New Wave category. RESCENE, MODYSSEY and 82MAJOR received Global Connect awards.

Billlie earned Best Performer, and RESCENE was named SPOTV Ambassador.

The SPOTV K-Pop Awards combines Circle Chart data with global fan voting. The 2026 ceremony was hosted by Jang Sung Kyu, Billlie’s Tsuki and AND2BLE’s Han Yujin and featured performances from 17 acts.

The ceremony marked a particularly strong showing for newer K-pop acts alongside established artists, with KiiiKiii taking one of the night’s three highest honors and ALPHA DRIVE ONE and AND2BLE each pairing rookie recognition with an Artist of the Year bonsang.
