P NATION is preparing to establish a Japanese subsidiary as the company expands its overseas operations, with girl group Baby DONT Cry announced as the first artist project under the new initiative.

The plans were detailed on October 26 alongside confirmation that Baby DONT Cry will make its official Japanese debut on January 20, 2027, through Warner Music Japan.

The group’s debut mini-album, DAYBREAK / Replay -Japanese ver.-, will contain six tracks, including Japanese-language versions of “Replay,” “F Girl,” “I DONT CARE” and “Shapeshifter,” alongside “DAYBREAK” and “After The Rain.”

Ahead of the album, Baby DONT Cry will release the Japanese version of “Replay” on November 4, 2026. The original Korean-language single will arrive in South Korea on the same day, marking a coordinated release across both markets.

The announcement is also part of a broader business expansion for P NATION, the entertainment agency founded by PSY.

Its planned Japanese subsidiary, P NATION JAPAN, is intended to provide local artist management, advertising and partnership coordination, casting support, and planning for events and media appearances.

The operation is expected to support the Japanese activities of artists on P NATION’s roster, which includes PSY, Crush, HWASA, TNX and Baby DONT Cry.

P NATION JAPAN has not yet completed its corporate establishment. The company confirmed that incorporation preparations were ongoing as of October 26 and said it would provide another announcement once the process was finished.

Baby DONT Cry debuted in South Korea in June 2025 with “F Girl.” The four-member group consists of Yihyun, Kumi, Mia and Beni, with Kumi and Mia originally from Japan.

The upcoming release marks the group’s first formal Japanese album project, while the subsidiary plans indicate a longer-term effort by P NATION to build a local presence in the Japanese entertainment market.
