WJSN’s SeolA and Eunseo Leave Starship Entertainment After a Decade

Starship confirmed that both members’ exclusive contracts have ended, closing their longtime relationships with the agency while leaving their status with WJSN unchanged for now.

Reported against primary sources.

WJSN members SeolA and Eunseo have parted ways with Starship Entertainment after roughly a decade with the agency.

Starship announced on September 17 that its exclusive contracts with both artists had ended, thanking SeolA and Eunseo for their years with the company and wishing them well as they begin their next chapters.

Both debuted as members of WJSN in 2016. SeolA’s relationship with Starship stretches even further back: in a message shared following the announcement, she said she had spent 15 years with the company when her trainee period was included.

The departures mark another change in WJSN’s management structure, but they should not be treated as departures from the group itself. Neither Starship’s announcement nor the members’ statements said that SeolA or Eunseo had left WJSN.

No new agencies or specific next projects for either member had been announced at the time of filing.
