BTS has concluded the Latin American leg of its ARIRANG world tour following three sold-out concerts at MorumBIS Stadium in São Paulo, Brazil.
The seven-member group performed on October 28, 30 and 31, completing its first concert engagement in the country since 2019.
Billboard Brasil confirmed on November 1 that the final Saturday performance brought the three-night run to a close, with all three concerts sold out.
The São Paulo dates marked the conclusion of an extensive Latin American itinerary that also included performances in Bogotá, Lima and Santiago.
According to Folha de S.Paulo, approximately 252,000 tickets were sold across the three Brazilian concerts.
That figure reflects reported ticket sales rather than an independently audited final count of attendees entering the stadium.
The concerts also demonstrated the scale of BTS’s return to Brazil. São Paulo Turismo, the city’s tourism and events authority, had projected that the three performances could generate more than R$330 million in economic activity through ticket revenue and visitor spending.
That amount remains an advance economic projection, not a confirmed total of spending generated by the completed shows.
The performances reunited BTS with Brazilian audiences seven years after the group’s previous visit. Their ARIRANG concert production combined songs from the group’s latest album with established hits, including material from different stages of its career.
For the final São Paulo performance, several members appeared wearing Brazilian national football shirts during the closing portion of the show.
Following the concert, the group held a livestream reflecting on its return to Brazil and the wider South American tour.
Members discussed the messages they had seen from fans and expressed appreciation for audiences who had waited years for another BTS concert.
Jin closed the conversation with thanks to Brazilian fans and expressed the group’s intention to return in the future.
The completed São Paulo engagement marks a substantial international touring milestone for BTS, whose return brought three capacity-demand stadium performances to one of K-pop’s largest South American markets.
The concert milestone is distinct from previously reported ticketing and venue-management complaints, which remain separate matters under review.
