BTS drew approximately 151,500 attendees across three concerts in Lima, completing the group’s first performances in Peru with one of the largest stops of its ongoing ARIRANG world tour.
The concerts took place October 7, 9 and 10 at Estadio San Marcos. BIGHIT MUSIC reported the combined attendance figure following the final show.
Lima had originally been scheduled for two performances before BIGHIT MUSIC added an October 7 date in response to ticket demand, turning the Peru stop into a three-night engagement.
The final turnout landed slightly above the roughly 150,000 total attendees Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism had projected before the concerts.
The ministry separately estimated that the shows would bring more than 50,000 tourists and excursionists into Lima and generate approximately $18.7 million in tourism-related economic impact.
That figure is a pre-concert projection rather than confirmed revenue generated by the performances. The estimate included spending tied to international visitors, domestic tourism and same-day visitors.
For BTS, the three shows marked the group’s first concerts in Peru since debuting in 2013 and continued the South American leg of the ARIRANG tour.
The group is scheduled to continue in Santiago, Chile, with concerts on October 14, 16 and 17.
