Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin have taken their contract dispute with INB100 to court.
The three EXO members filed for an injunction seeking to suspend the effect of their exclusive contracts with the agency, with the Seoul Central District Court holding a hearing on the application on September 7.
Their side says the dispute centers on unpaid settlement and contract payments, which they argue amount to breaches of their agreements.
The trio had previously notified INB100 of their intention to terminate the contracts earlier this year. When the agency did not accept the termination, they moved forward with legal action.
Alongside the injunction, Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin have also filed a main lawsuit seeking confirmation that their exclusive contracts are no longer in effect.
INB100 did not appear at the September 7 injunction hearing and did not submit written materials to the court, according to Korean reporting. The hearing was subsequently concluded, with a ruling on the injunction still pending.
INB100 was founded by Baekhyun in 2023 before becoming part of ONE HUNDRED the following year.
The current case is separate from EXO-CBX’s longer-running dispute with SM Entertainment. This proceeding concerns the trio’s individual-management relationship with INB100 and whether those exclusive contracts remain enforceable.
A court ruling on the injunction would determine whether the contracts remain temporarily effective while the broader lawsuit over their validity continues.
