LISA is getting ready to press play on her next solo era.
The BLACKPINK member has announced “PRESS PLAY,” a new six-track EP arriving October 23. Its lead single, “SaWaDiKa,” will arrive first on September 3.
The new project puts LISA’s Thai roots at the center of its identity. Official release materials describe “PRESS PLAY” as a personal look at both how far she has come and where her story began, honoring her beginnings in Thailand alongside the global career that followed.
That theme has also carried into the rollout. The announcement was preceded by the “Hello Sawadika” campaign, which included teasers, a multilingual campaign website and billboards appearing around Bangkok ahead of the EP reveal.
“PRESS PLAY” follows LISA’s debut full-length album, “Alter Ego,” released in February 2025. That project included “Rockstar,” “New Woman” with ROSALÍA and “Born Again” featuring Doja Cat and RAYE.
For now, “SaWaDiKa” is the only song named on the EP’s Spotify pre-release tracklist, with the remaining five tracks yet to be revealed.
