EXO's Baekhyun has established a new entertainment company as he, Chen and Xiumin continue their legal dispute with INB100 over their exclusive contracts. According to an October 30 exclusive report by Biz Hankook, Baekhyun founded 비온엔터테인먼트 (Bion Entertainment) on September 18 and serves as its representative. The company subsequently relocated its registered headquarters on October 22. The company's establishment comes just days after the Seoul Central District Court granted EXO-CBX a preliminary injunction suspending the effectiveness of the members' exclusive contracts with INB100. The September 15 ruling allows the three artists to pursue independent entertainment activities while their main lawsuit challenging the validity of those contracts proceeds. The new company's plans extend beyond Baekhyun's individual activities. A representative of Bion Entertainment told Biz Hankook that Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin intend to work together through the company, although no individual contracts have been finalized. The representative explained that establishing a corporate entity would help handle financial and tax matters associated with entertainment activities. They suggested that more concrete activities through the company could begin sometime after March 2027. That timeline remains tentative. No new EXO-CBX album, concert tour or other specific project has been announced. The company has also appointed a management professional with previous experience working alongside Baekhyun as an internal director. When contacted about the development, INB100 reportedly stated that it was unaware of the new company's establishment. The move represents a significant development in EXO-CBX's efforts to establish an independent operating structure following months of contractual uncertainty. Baekhyun originally founded INB100 in 2023 before the agency became part of the One Hundred label organization in 2024. Earlier this year, Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin sought to terminate their agreements with INB100 over unpaid contractual payments and settlements. The Seoul Central District Court subsequently granted their request to temporarily suspend the contracts, finding that the agency's failure to fulfill its payment obligations had damaged the relationship of trust between the parties. However, the preliminary injunction does not constitute a final determination of the contracts' validity. The first hearing in the underlying lawsuit is scheduled for November 4. For now, Baekhyun's new company provides a potential foundation for future joint activities, but the members' formal contractual arrangements and specific entertainment plans remain unconfirmed.
