Stray Kids closed a historic two-night run in Tokyo by making their Japan tour even bigger.

The group performed at MUFG Stadium, also known as Japan National Stadium, on August 29 and 30 as part of Stray Kids World Tour <RUN IT JAPAN>, becoming the first overseas male act to stage standalone concerts at the venue.

Across the two nights, the shows drew approximately 140,000 fans.

The milestone would have been significant on its own. Instead, Stray Kids used the final night to announce that they are adding three more Tokyo concerts to the tour — this time at Tokyo Dome on November 6, 7 and 8.

Sony Music Japan confirmed the additional dates immediately after the show, with fan-club ticket presales opening the same night.

The expansion pushes the Japan leg of RUN IT from seven concerts to 10.

Before the Tokyo Dome announcement, the tour was already scheduled to move from National Stadium to Vantelin Dome Nagoya on September 5–6, Kyocera Dome Osaka on September 19–20 and Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka on October 24.

With the three new Tokyo Dome shows included, Japanese reporting now projects total attendance across the Japan run at roughly 520,000.

The National Stadium concerts also gave Stray Kids room to pull from across their catalog. The group opened with Hall of Fame and performed early tracks including Hellevator, District 9, Side Effects and Double Knot, alongside later staples such as Back Door, MANIAC and God’s Menu.

They also performed This & That, the lead track from their August mini album of the same name, for the first time on the current tour, while Japanese songs just a little and 宿命 received their first live performances.

The two shows ran for roughly three hours and 28 songs each, with fireworks and large-scale stadium production built around the venue.

For Stray Kids, the weekend now lands as both a venue milestone and a demand story.

They became the first overseas male act to headline Japan National Stadium — then immediately added three Tokyo Dome shows to the same tour.
